PBI and 100% lock

Someone came to me with an interesting question. They asked, "If I am 100% locked am I wasting a PBI when I put it on?" I thought for a minute and decided to go to this forum for an answer.
My thought is that if 100% of your EXP is going to your Guild then any additional EXP that you would get from PBIs etc...would also be added and given to the guild.

I tested something like this a couple of years ago and can't recall the results clearly, but i think i remember that multipliers didn't affect GP donation. Correct me if I am mistaken as my "thinker" may be malfunctioning.

Pbi/100% Locked

One thing why have pbi on if you had you exp lock would be a waste.Lock was meant for you to gather more sp then exp..But some of it donated to gp of the guild so It's used to level your guild if export is donated also.

I used an Event PBI while locked 100% (worthless items anyway) and I still got no XP. (dat GP farm doe)

If I remember correctly, the only XP not affected by lock is from quests.

But to answer the question, yes you're wasting a PBI if you're locked. Seems pretty obvious to me.
