The skill Confusion for rogue is described as an attack that confuses the targetted enemy, but not only does it do absolutly nothing to the targeted enemy it also has no visuals that go along with it like other classes. Also the skill Poison Capsue only doing a base 30 dps pales in comparison the the hundreds of thousands of hp some characters have. Ever since the creation of the Ex-Rogues normal Rogues were pretty much scrapped and underpowered, so I think adding some changes, like buffing the poison capsule damage and changing the confusion skill will help balence the difference between the two classes rogue and ex-rogue since they are supposed to be similar, but also add more to the gameplay of both pve and pvp.

I agree that these skills should be altered a little. A quick fix would be to give skills like poison "percent dps" based on base HP.

And for confusion, it could lower target's HR. A small change but an effective one.

The 70s could work on other players and from a distance, making it a skill that can be used effectively while pk'ing.

While I don't disagree that changes should be made, confusion has always been known to be a pve skill and not a pvp skill. I do think giving it a pvp element could be helpful. Perhaps it could remove the elemental component to the targets attack? There isn't a poison skill in the game that is worth anything so if you change it you will have to make global changes for the skill, which would mean you could no longer ignore spirit of rogue skills thrown at you it would make the 6th seals more interesting too. I think rather than causing a bleed perhaps it could be changed to an additional % of damage done over the debuff duration. Let say just for conversation it would add an additional 10% to every hit or maybe it would reduce the targets physical evasion or defense for the debuff duration
