About specialist jewel mode.

Just wanna ask some questions how to create a good armor for specialist.I try figure what kind of jewel need for end game gear but comfused.
I think Black pearl:5% weapon att,Coral:HP,Obsidian:Magic HR,Onyx:Magic Defence,Opal:5%Magic Hit rate will be a good choise. However i dont understand what exacly ''Cat's Eye'' do.It says that increase the p2 att and elemental att.Where the ''elemental'' description refer?I wanna believe that refer to specialist forms (Firewind-Knight form) but not sure.

Or if someone can tell me better jewel combo i ll apreciate a lot!!!

Cats eye increase attack for p2 and elemental spirits ( the ones for elementalist only)
You could use aquamarine for physical eva ,amethyst for magic eva, zircon for magic eva, mookiate for melee phy eva or agate for ranged phy eva.
Do the calc and pick the old gems which gives u % of ur stat,or the new ones with fixed bonus, or combination of both for even better results.

I always let it depend on what im using the toon for.
Specialist already has a good evasion, with that in mind i went for hit rate gear&jewel wise.
This because u hit a bit harder in that gear and since i dont like to do pvp.
The jewels u picked out for hitrate id advise u aswell,if it happens u have a socket left pick an evasion jewel for it.
Try picking accs with a bit of eva in them if u want to increase that still,or mix the gear up

If you do this keep one thing in mind: Aquamarine / Opal / Amethyst give you 5% of Eva / Hr, however that is calculated from your base stat, so the bonus you get from them is basically 5% of the stat on a full naked toon. Sometimes its better to use other jewels than the old Level 5 jewels.

Actually Aquamarine is still very effective on Sorc because they have decent base eva.

Chaos Choral, Coral, Aquamarine (unless you can afford to buy mookiates over lvl 12), Zircon, Agate, Black Pearl, Obsidian.

Also i'd really advise against HR set in this day and age for Sorc if you plan to PVP. Without an ele def debuff skill, sorcs need to be able to tank for as long as possible.
