From my observation - we have it once in a month. We had several during the xmass events, so my guess for next one would be at the end of this month or next one around V-day.

You just had very bad luck. Depending on the lv of a jewel its sometimes better to just wait until there is an event. If its an ele jewel its bad luck as ive melded those before in one try. Dont blame it on the company if its just your bad luck.

To be fair... and this is coming from me because as u know I'm not always on Vilya's side :rolleyes:
But they did have a host of events in Christmas and even the weeks before so give them a break. Jewel events/ Upgrade events will come again. Patience is also apart of the process. Don't rush it. You'll add 10 CC15 and 10 C15 tomorrow and then realize wow its not so much different with all these jewels because I still die like a fly. So everyone just relax.
