HELP - whats the current meta?!

old player and new player starting new, we want to know the meta, like what classes are good. cant find to much online. reading, sorc is dead. cleric is bottom tier class, and titans arent so good any more. also reading mages/archmages arnt much good, but nightshadows are great. and that rogues are better then ex-rogues, and both are better then the rest of the classes. while knights are tip tier next to rogues. i read this from posts over a year old now.

so is this basically the current meta or what? what classes are good. and which ones are bad?

not lookin to play a broken op class, but we dont want to play *poopy* dead classes either.

**EDIT** - also which servers are most active?

Sorc is awsome. Playing that class almost 8 Years now.
In castle sieges you got a Tank-meta. Witches with good equipment and supporter are great and annoying playing against. From where were you gathering your ifnormations ?? They are almost all wrong 8|
Clerics are also blessed by this meta.


Royal Knight, and that one with Bow arent that good.

PvE is still simple and can be played as any classes.

like i said i got my info from old form posts over a year ago, because theres no reticent info.. could u be a little more specific or detaild?

are titans still good?

are archmages or mages better?

and u said all my info is wrong, soo, rogues arent any good? and neither are night shadows then?

rogues are okay but ex rouge is op in open PvP (PK).
Nightshadow is more important on castle sieges than open pvp and ofc great PvE class.

thank you for all the usefull info, but what about mages and archmages? is either better then the other, is nightshadow just better then both of them? and titans too, they used to be the top class whe the game first came out, i read their not that great any more

Wizards r broken, acrh wiz is lil better but still not so great. Compared with them ns is best. Witch is good in boith pvp and pve. arch witch is not so good because of the long cooldown on her skills.

Well sorc and ns might be almost even in PvP. Depends on skill and playstyle.

Archer are really rarly played but may have some potential left. Still clerics are more worthy in TeamPvP as i experienced by now ( I play quite much ).

Thats it so far. Feel free to ask more but i am out of my english to write more in detail :D
Hope you just play what makes most fun to you.

You can go with this.

Hunter > Assasin

But you may consider to play ex rogue - hunter class.
If Ranger means ex roge-assa then take that one since ex rogue is better than normale rogue.

Hi,

Welcome back :) I don't play knight or titan but i sometimes attend sieges and have guildies playing these classes. Temple knight had a great boost, and tank well, can debuff opponents AND hit hard. Royal knight is still strong but TK is the winning class here.

As for titans Warmaster seems to be the strong class. I hardly se any highlanders around. In pvp titan isn't the strongest but there are a few really good ones- tanks well and hit hard.

I hope some that actually play these classes would reply, but i don't think Henrik or FADER ( OP titans ) hang out at forum :?:


Edit- as for what i play, mages i agree with the other responders. But i recently dusted off my archwizard for Dratan castle siege, after request. And for dcs this class is pretty good thanks to AOE cop.
