-The Plagued temple
Once sanctuary for the night shadows and Elfs now a freak show of horrors.

The backstory to it could be a mysterious plague invaded the temple guardians and are making them hostile, diseased and mutated, the Temple leader "Mordo" is deep inside the temple guarded by his minions trying to find a cure but is unable to due to the cause of the insanity the plague brought to his mind.. The temple was once a place of meditation and a sanctuary for night shadows and elfs alike but now it's a place of mutated horrors and abominations.

The Monsters inside i was thinking of deformed elf like creatures with deformities on their bodies, mutated night shadows but instead of having a soul as their weapon they grew into a mutated form which has primitive like claws that cause bleeding, monsters called "puddle" which are literally a pink mix of Pudding that grew and came to life from the secretions of the plague, their attacks can be more or less like the "BLACK PUDDINGS" in "Strayana" but they will cause the "plague" debuff which will decrease attack speed and cause damage over time...... For the boss and his minions... I'll let you guys decide how you want them to be :) Hope you like this idea! Would be cool to see something similar in game! :thumbsup:

Game Extension

I like your idea...it looks interesting. I think extending the game to make it more challenging & fresh for those that have reached the cap is essential in keeping the best and most loyal players interested in this game. In the past I have advocated a phase II kind of change in the game using the water (which is just scenery) as an active part of the game. Making the oceans available for play as well as lakes and rivers. Sunken Lost cities, new species of underwater monsters, fishing, breathing and underwater gear, etc...
Anything that will bring new kinds of challenges (like hidden object type puzzle solving) and new adventures to this game I think would spur new interest.

I suspect that if Gamigo decides to make more advanced upgrades in graphics and in there overall software systems that those of us who have older hardware and operating systems will need to upgrade our computers to continue to play. I've been playing this game for 5 years and have enjoyed it. It wouldn't surprise me if a Last Chaos Part II "The Hidden World Below" came out and I had to purchase a new computer. I would welcome it!....Its time I got a gamer's computer anyway!
I think your idea would be a welcome addition for all advanced LC players

Yeah... the game is already awesome how it is, imagine with better graphics :O wow a night shadow with upgraded graphics would be sooo awesome :O

Yeah the game deserves more fresh content :) it's a really good game with a mature community unlike most recent games today!

-The Plagued Temple idea expansion

Since the temple was a Sanctuary for Nightshadows and elfs alike as said above ,
-> Mordo the Temple leader himself is a hybrid of those 2 races, half night shadow, half elf so he needs to resemble both in a way(see attachment 1 to compare), for example one of his eyes will have a red glow(or have a red color) and the other a blue elfish like glow(or blue color), he would have grey skin like a normal Night shadow but Elven ears instead of the ones a regular night shadow has, for armor he could have a night shadow black and white cowl with a gold and black tiara/crown on top of it.
As for robes he would have a full length black robe with white symbols, instead of having 2 wings he would only have 1 big wing with red spikes on his back right side while on his left side he would have a pauldron with a black cape attatched to it(see attachment 2 for example) covering his back left wingless side, the other pauldron would be a normal black one with red spikes coming out of it.(see attachment 3 for spiky pauldron example)
For a weapon Mordo would use 2 big glowing souls one white and the other black, one on each hand, he would attack the players with both one after another.
(the boss size would be the same as the already existing boss -> Shaman Oranthes)
As for his minions he would have 1 elf guardian called Ilthuryn in a white robe with a thin sharp looking elven sword and his second guardian would be a nightshadow called Taanyth in a black robe but instead of having souls as a weapon he will have dual swords infused with the power of souls.
(both minions will be smaller than the boss but bigger than player characters.)

-> For the temple design i was thinking of something with the gothic architecture , dark and mysterious (see attachments 4 for the outside & 5 for the inside examples) Thank you for reading! i hope this idea or a similar one gets in the game as new content!!

Bravo!

This in and of its self puts me in the mind of a bigger badder Akan temple more oriented to Night Shadow.
this is a million dollar idea in the sense that it has the potential to generate that sort of revenue with very little work needed to make it happen.
having said that, while i do love the concept and the idea you have put into it i seriously doubt we will see it come to light and before people start in on me for saying that, even I dont want to accept what i just said.
However, on the off chance this amazing idea does see the light of day and becomes part of the game i would be honored play in your realm!
if i may offer my take on this, it would be nice to work in a "True origin of the Night Shadow" story line into this i feel like that is the direction you had in mind from the start and like me you have a passion for the Night Shadow.
i give this idea a 9.5 out of 10
please do not lose that creative spark! :thumbup:

Thank you very much for you positive feedback, and yes i would love to know more about the night shadow class, where they come from, their race.. they appear to be some sort of elf be cause of their ears and skin color, I really do hope so they decide to add an amazing dungeon like this for high level people to have more to do in game, new weapons and armor included! Akan was amazing the first time i did it, can't even imagine how even more amazing a dungeon like this would look like! Thanks again, very kind i'm glad you enjoyed my idea! :thumbsup::D

One of the rare rewards from the boss

The talk about new gear is sensitive so let's avoid it, One of the rewards i was thinking for the boss is a Title with appropriate high stats called "Omnipresent" Once equipped it would make you character stand out to the crowd!(not as bright as a GM ofc) The glow would be a mixture of red and black, or just black flames coming out of the character.. Something mysterious and dark like that to match the dungeon boss! :thumbsup:

I like the thought of an Akan like dungeon. It was always a good place to grind. I think it needs to be like it was in the beginning...harder than it is now. It should be at least a decent challenge. Something that if you are good enough you could solo on occasion but, would work better with more than one. The lab in my opinion is just way too easy...to the point of being boring and the fact that the only thing you get out of it are ores and useless armor... perhaps you could give the bosses boxes like DA that would occasionally drop really rare armor. Not as rare as the mage outfit though...I'm not touching the gear seals subject, I have made my thoughts known on that elsewhere in the forums

Yes exactly! People don't like the idea of new armor and weapons but if you don't add new things to the dungeon it will just get boring quickly like the lab , and as for challenging i wanted to make use of how to classes were meant to be played, tanky characters tank the boss while others do the damage and not a solo dungeon where you can farm everything solo, where's the fun in that? The game is meant to be strategic and played with other players , teamwork. So to do something about that to stop people from soloing it i was thinking of a mechanic where the boss will have stages.. for example you and your team get it to half HP and kill both his guardians he will enter a new stage where he gets immunity frames while he buff himself for a while and summons more guardians and on that second stage he will start dealing damage by hp % instead of the raw damage every other monster does for example on "squishy" characters like the rogue, sorcerer, night shadow, healer and mage(depending on gear, the new gear will lower this percentage)(idea is work in progress) he will do 25% damage of the targets maximum hp per hit if he focuses them, he will also have a area of effect attack for everyone near him also damaging by hp percentage , so weak armored far casters need to hit him from afar while the tanks do their job and tank. This system will stop "overpowered glass cannons" from soloing it and make it a teamwork dungeon where you need a good tank to taunt the enemy and actually make use of the skill "taunt" be cause the "tanky" classes -> Knight -> Titan -> Sorcerer in armor evolution will receive only 5% damage of their maximum hp per hit. So all this to say this system will make use of the remedy items and other hp restore by percentage items and make people play together, have teamwork and not solo everything. :thumbsup: Let me know what you think, feel free to express yourself and your thoughts on this!

The biggest deterrent to that is the lack of people playing at various times of the day. That is why I don't think it should be impossible to solo just hard to solo. Perhaps the bosses could be smart bosses that switch from magic to physical depending on the weakness of the opponent or the bosses could go through attack and defense phases magical/physical/ranged (probably easier to program)

you know what would be a cool plot twist to this?
add a maze runner element to it, the map has the ability to change depending on time of day,
some guilds will get wise to it and try to be on at a cretin time to get through.
toss in on top of that a night time vs day time mob list for the element system and LC is starting to look like a big boy MMO
factor in the possibility of getting stuck in rooms traps with the only option to scroll of recall to the start or party recall in case you made it through and your team did not.
can you imagine if one of the bosses is a personal snap shot of yourself stats and all?! ofc with glowing eyes!!! 8|

Yes you're right, that is probably better, a mechanic like this would bring more diversity and challenge to the dungeon and the boss, i really hope they decide to go with this!

even tho my highest toon is only 133 currently, i find the idea of the dungeon in general being an epic idea but this maze runner idea adds a whole new level of intensity that would be undeniably awesome

Couldn't agree with you more! i really hope they merge the servers in the future too! the game would feel and look more alive than it currently is! :thumbsup: But for now if they could add new content it would really bring back old dedicated players back into the game! :thumbup:
