It's not really a big deal. Just create a new char (Ex-rogue, all you need is the passive attack skills), farm 5k sp and go to Spiders in TOF. Maybe 2 days worth of grinding and you're done.
If you're wondering how long they can be an apprentice on their way to lvl 50 without running out of time, I used a character under lvl 30 for 3 months until I actually lvld up to 50 which completed the apprenticeship and I received all the rewards. So they have quite a lot of time.
