UPGR EVENT IS COMING! and i want to know one thing. Few mins ago, i heart that already many times game have some problems with using rops while upgr event, like if u use rop its negative upgr event and u dont see any difference in upgr. So, here my question. Is this problem still in game? Is this problem WAS in game? And if this problem was, did u fixed it. Thanks.

i also have 2 pc`s, one win 10, other win 7 and i dont have problems with win7. I really dont know how to fix it. I want to make night shop and cant do it coz of thios problem. Mine second pc broke not right time lol
