Can we get a balance?

5 players say rogues are OP....but if those 5 players have no idea how to pvp or how to go against a rogue....where does that fit in the "non-biased" opinion? Bottom line is, a change in the skills, balance....should be done by people who don't play the game, who are objective in deciding how it should change and who have an idea or a plan for it.Then I am pretty sure, players will get a chance to test it out on the VIP server and only THEN some things will come to light that may or may not work...

I voted No because this is a bit tricky, I mean sure devs will do the work and that's ok, and yes players can make suggestions BUT, I would not take anything players say seriously as 95% of what they say is biased based on what they want / like/ class they play. And I would definitely not invest / waste time for some tweaks here and there and then test and rinse repeat, they should just simply take their time, overhault it completely so when players get to test it they can test the entire pictur...

What are you talking about? There are plenty places to decently SP farm at all levels practically. The only out of balance thing is the amount of SP you get from sasquatches and Treants, so if we are talking about rebalancing, SP from them should be nerfed to match up everything else. What he means with passives is for example: You want to build your character to do deadly hits, that means your deadly ratio needs to be higher than your critical ratio. HS Upgrade Event

Upgrade events work like they always did....so for example: If you have a HS with 65% success chance, it means it has 35% fail chance (fail being no change, -1, break) When there is a 200% upgrade event it increases the success rate, so during the event the HS will have 130% success chance, but the fail chance of 35% stays the same. Essentially the 130% success will outweigh the fail chance but its still there.

The new Runes of Protection

Yes and no. The runes work as you described however they are still based on the upgrade item used. So if you use a HS with a rop, it can give you +1 / -1 / 0 / break....but the break in this case is replaced by the ROP's downgrade. Also Platinum rune can give you a +2 or +3 while upgrading. Not to mention using those on anything below at least +17 would be waste .

A question about MS and ES

You mean Extreme stone, not CSS. Chaos smelting stone only works until +15. But anyway, you can use a Extreme Stone only once per item. When your upgrade makes the item go down by for example -1, then the use resets and you can use the Extreme Stone again. Master stones have 100% success until +17, after that they can give you +1 /-1 or 0. So whenever your gear goes down, you can use the Extreme Stone again.
