Officers guild - more rights

Hello everyone :) I play on Polish version of Last Chaos.
I would like to present my idea and listen to your opinions.
As we all know, officer is a person who meant to replace leader during his absence.
His rights in guild are bit limited... He cant give guild buff, block etc.
What do you think about officers who can do all of this?
Of course there could be something that will distinguished leader and officer,
but i still dont have idea what that could be so I am waiting for you to propose some ideas.
On Polish forum following ideas were proposed:

*leader of guild could have a special panel in which he can choose what rights officer will have.
This way leader could decide if officer will have ability to remove someone from guild, buff, adding or removing block etc.
*or officer can do buff but weaker then the leader eg.
Insted of 5% SP - 2,5%SP with cleric buff (5% x dont matter what lvl cleric buff = 2 xSP) it could be limited for 1,5 x. light power change for officers from 20
(or 25% - I don't remember) to 10-15%, healing - from 80% to 40%, healing AoE from 1%/s to 0.25%/s ( % calculated from total amout of HP. means if you have 100 k hp, healing AoE will give yoy 1%/hp every second, for around 3 or 5 min.

Express your opinions and ideas. The more people will sign under this the more we could achieve. :)

Guild Officers Rights

I hope I understood your question correctly. I do know that the GA (guild advisor) has the right to bring in new members or kick members out that violate guild rules etc. As far as I know other officers have no rights in that regard. There are 3 officer positions and an entire slew of field commissions.
I think the idea to have a panel that the GM could use to give an officer access to certain guild buffs would be a good idea. However I would suggest using a guild point limitation on the use of those buffs. That protects the potential for depletion of guild points from over use.

One item that is very important is the ability to lock and unlock exp for members in the guild. The guild master should have the ability to transfer that capability to another officer or GA if necessary. However, that capability should be limited to only one officer other than the gm at any given time.
The gm would need a check box to assign these capabilities to one of the guilds officers. When checked it would give access to the gms management options with the limitations stated above.

I like the idea of being able to spread around the responsibility but, my suggestion would be to keep the system simple. The simpler the system is the less issue it will have and the more likely the developers will implement them.

And while they're at it, they can give the Guild Inventory it's much needed expansion of space, and have it work properly like Bianca's inventory system. Should have been that way from the start...

Without getting to far a field of the subject matter in this thread I just wanted to respond to the above quote.
I agree with "AnotherUser", but I think this should be worked into the expansion of a guild. As the guild grows, at certain levels the inventory storage capacity for the guild should increase automatically. That makes sense because the more members the more need for storage space. If the membership drops below a certain level the storage is reduced in capacity and any items past that capacity is in a locked zone similar to an inventory bag that has expired. You could still use the items but once used that empty spot either disappears or is no longer usable...etc...

We suggested the same idea on the german Version many many times. Its not fair that only one person has acces to those guildskills. Just because u are guildleader it doesnt mean u are better than any other member. We spread our Guild into many smaller Guilds. All who want to/must use Guild-Buff for their own could create a seperate Guild to do so. Thats also a strategy often used on castle wars. If officers had more rights we wouldnt need to do that. We communicate through TeamSpeak so we are not restricted to guildchat.
