Important Information regarding the Upgrade from the weekend sale!

Hello everyone!

If you or anyone you know is affected by the issue with change in base attack / defense value after today's upgrade during maintenance, then please have ONLY the broken gear equipped when you finish playing for today and do not open AFK shops over night, because we need you offline to fix your gear.

For those who were affected by this problem, your item will be raised to best possible value currently on your server. We cannot see the value it was before, so we will go off the best value we can find currently.

Good day Irisians,

Some of you might have noticed some "extra upgrade bonuses" were inadvertently given while fixing this issue. Please note these "Extra Upgrade Bonuses" will be removed (your original bonuses from the weekend sales will remain) as soon as possible, latest being next maintenance. Until then, please enjoy them!

For those of you who were not logged out of your account or did not have the "broken" items on your character prior to log out, we will run the fix (minus the afore mentioned extra bonus) again a few times. We do not have exact days this will occur, so we request that when you are not actively playing to please log completely out of the account with the "broken" item being the only equip on the character.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but it is necessary to ensure your issue is resolve expediently.

Hello,

We have completed the fixes. If you feel your item was not done, we would like you to send a ticket with Account Name, Player Name, Exact name of item and upgrade value, and any screen shots you have pertinent to this issue via the ticket system.

Please note, we were only able to increase to the top value which we can see on the server at the time of the issue.
