Character Suggestions

I'm noticing a great many character suggestions many of which include the "elemental system". I will not say that any of these suggestions are bad, bc i have several characters/toons, But maybe it is time to adjust some of the classes, it is clear in the game that many of the classes are under-powered compared to others, For example the Specialist has one de-buff skill, that has rather poor accuracy in all honesty, especially when compared to, say a witch, who's Stone skill will hit, depending on character level and anti-stone of the target. Changing to the Titan which are few in numbers in the game, are also under-powered compared to the Ex-Ranger. taking into effect the SP requirements of these classes it makes the titan less favorable, more so taking the fact that even with the titan's alleged superior HP, That is no longer the case, with the Jewels in the game. I'm sure I could keep going, and many others would have certain comments to this, or corrections for this. But the overall point and reason I'm sure for all the suggestions is that some new classes have been introduced, as well as few adjustments to the exist classes have been made. Before the new classes and elemental system, there was more balance between the classes. Now, it does not seem that way. I have seen it many times in game and on the forums, that the ex-ranger is the class to have due to the natural power due to its skills, and low SP requirement for max level. Even taking the Nightshadow ( who starts at lvl 90) requires aproximatelt 250,000 Sp to max all skills than the Ex-ranger who requires less than 90,000 SP to max all skills from level 1 - 185, taking specials into account. Simply put it seems the classes, their skills and the requirements for the skills should be reviewed. No this is NOT specifying any particular class, but is intended for attention to ALL Classes.

The first thing the BarunSon Devs need to do, is to fix the underlying code, that makes up the characters, then bring the characters into true balance.

My knowledge of many of the characters is slim, even with the toons I do work. For instance, both Healer subclasses need better defence, as they are both squishy, and are likely to be killed, more easily. And that's without adding new lvl's, to existing passive skills, that increase defence points. Increasing base armor defence points, would also be a good place to start, if only to help bring the base defence points, to the same lvl as other classes. It's also worth mentioning, that Self Heal is only useful, if in town or in the safe zone of a dungeon. If used while fighting the mobs, said mobs will automatically negate what Self Heal does.

Cleric also needs a passive skill, to increase Magic Hit Rate, as well. Apologies, everyone, but not everyone can afford to be buying jewels, to increase the Magic Hit Rate, of their Clerics. Same with Mages, Night Shadows, and Sorcerers.

I've already said my piece on the Highlander, in a different thread.

the chars without element dbuffs got a pretty well based dmg.
alot of ppl favour exrangers but, without dbuff their dmg is very low
so lets say u play team play with your toons spec isent bad at all easy to make good eva and have hr. all u need it to build it right u cannot compare a toon with +15 gear to a toon with +25 or higher gear or a toon thats not even build. sure in arena as arena is way off limits.. with the cap to defense there.
but yes there are classes thats over powers compared to others but id like to see the base attack nerf get back to as it was befor the attack got nerfed as for the pvp on this game is not about pets. and whats the point when the only way to hold siege to say is by cop.. becouse Theres no way to kill ppl like mcs if ppl go for it they get it.. Theres no way at this point to defend it.
there is alot of things they could do to fix id personaly like to see ele buff only do half of what it does now and give every1 their normal attack back
as for channel4 there is no pets and killing there makes it totaly not worth the effort.
i like to grind on ch4 as there is no people but then again u cant load your xp pets u cant use elephant or jag.
just a sugestion to what could fix some.
allso titans is not underpowerd class a Well build WarMaster is basicly a rogue killer that aoe dbuff the combo of element is great.
again depends on build. you should look into it.
moste ppl that are overpowerd spended billions of gold to find the right setup and loads more doing the jewels and reform and the right acc everything comes into account.
u cant expect +15 low reform zeals and lvl 6-12 jewels 4-6socket be as good as 6-7 socket 10-15 jewels very nice reforms and +28 to be equal
more or less to to respond to your suggestion all classes got a strong and a weak model with them
like for ex rogue sin is stronger then ranger becouse reg hits no dbuffs stronger same for sorc spec stonger then elementalist and they got some good things along with them.

In regards to this post, both those for adjustments(major or minor), and those against any adjustments, have a say and can make a difference. As we are the players. And depending how many make their voice heard, could give input that alters the game for the better not only for us, but for and potential new players, or players that could return to the game. We all have a voice, and an opinion. Only by making it hear will be something be done should that be the conclusion. We can build off each other's opinion.
