All channels aside from Channel 2 and Channel 5 count as PvP Servers these days. Basically, anything that doesn't say "Non-PvP" count as a PvP Server. Simply put, you need to grind on one of Channels 1, 3, 4 or 6 if you want to get a blue name. Red name is obtained by PKing another white or blue named player on a PvP Server, but having a red name will also increase the damage you take in pvp while decreasing the damage you deal in pvp, so I would stay way from that if I were you.

The other option would be for you to spend some IC and buy a Prospensity Collector from the Item Mall, which will increase your "Good Points" over time, but this goes VERY slow and usually takes over a week for it to give any significant amount. The good thing about the Prospensity Collectors is that you don't have to be online for it to keep gathering Good Points for you.

Hope that cleared things up a bit!
