Where is everybody?

Hi folks, returning player here. Just logged onto the world server and none of the 3 servers had anybody on them.
Is there anybody left out there?
Anybody on the American servers and if so would it be possible to transfer my account over to there?

you cannot transfer characters from international servers to national servers.
