in patch note it says the element quest is fixed. It is not I now have all the elements and am unable to turn in due to the Egeha stone still does not show completed on the quest even though I have all 999
If you cancle the quest, reset it at crean and then go back to Askan (The guy in Dratan who gives you the quest) and get the Quest again, the quest will be unbugged and all of the items will count and you can instantly turn it in and get your reward
this is not correct. i tried to do this on an alt and the quest is not offered a 2nd time once cancelled.
I think quest is not complete until you have 999 of all elements, including Snow of Bloodmir which only started Wednesday
i have then all complete that's why i poster this thread because the 999 Egeha elements do not show up as complete on quest even though i have all 999.
You have to go to crean and reset the quests, i think you missed that step.
He is located in Juno, where you can give up your specialized class and your statpoints. Simply click on reset quests (you have to pay some money) and then go back to where you got the quest and then you will get it again there.
Worked for me 100% of the time (5 out of 5).
An because of the reset and recalculating the Egeha elements will count again (if you have collected them of course)
And you have to have all 999 items in your inventory.

The seals issue will be fixed and the seal will be there even if you've completed the quest or not.
Well thats a different issue that the one you stated before. If you cancle the quest, reset it at crean and then go back to Askan (The guy in Dratan who gives you the quest) and get the Quest again, the quest will be unbugged and all of the items will count and you can instantly turn it in and get your reward
But the seals of the accessories are still missing 1 hr or evas depending on the accessory, from the originally released.
Since it worked for u 5/5, did the accessory u picked as reward have 5 as originally released, or 4 as it appears to be now?
The seals issue will be fixed and the seal will be there even if you've completed the quest or not.

Yes to both questions Pandia. You can use the workaround, and the seals will be returned once they are fixed.
