We all know the debuffs on the buffs are not intentional and are not helping anyone. The only people that use them are the ones that can't survive at siege for longer than 2 seconds, so they sit at home and wait for who ever logs on to debuff them. Can we please remove debuffs from buffs, they have no real value other than to annoy other people and make them wanna pull their hair out.

If They Remove the Rouges Buff that allows them to Hit You and Kill You in 1 hit , maybe .....Ex rangers Are WAY OP . It Is so far out of balance .. This is ridiculous, this honestly sounds more of a personal complaint than anything else. I don’t think that it should be removed because it’s been a cleric skill since the game started! Its not ridiculous to want to put a stop to the light lv 1 defence debuff charm and encourage give. He isnt saying remove the skill, he is saying remove the debuff it gives. Everyone that plays pvp knows how annoying it is. Encourage and charm are meant to give you more attack, yet if u were to use it in any place u need a lv 2 jewel u will die easier because of the debuff.
I agree with karan here, remove the light debuff and make the skill useful again for all lvls.
I'd say in general, the elemental system should be jewel driven and not skill driven. Also no skill should override ones elemental be it attack or defence.
Its not just cleric, archers quickfire for example aswel.
the current elemental system is broken and is the reason for the unbalance. Once that system changes it should be much better.

Since 12 years I play this game all that time LC was 'Rogues game' except 'Wizards time' when was 'Eva cap' of Eva 100% accs power, and now I see a rogue complains about some other class skill should be nerfed down.
They (Rogues) play all day in arena hitting 1 hit all other classes, which wanna try their skills and attack power. And now they still complaining! Desperately asking for Haste2 buff to play their so OP char. Give Rogues Haste2 so they will be finally Complete! Of course I'm ironic on that.
I noticed that some 'less knowledge of the game' players, asking from PvP rogues advices about players class build. That's ridiculous cause they getting answers through Rogues point of view on the game/gameplay, not those players' class point of view on the game. And that's some of the reasons why this game became 'Rogues LC'.
Also debuffing in PvP, if some class have it, is normal for that class and given to compete with most powerful players' classes, so why we should remove that? Some skills are "breath of the air" of other classes, which rogues trying to remove! Just cause they not like it.
My opinion of LC gameplay is that each class is playable if you stick with it and build your char class right way. Do not listen only rogues, about way to play this game, if you play different class than rogues' classes.

A level 1 buff should never override a level 2 buff just like a haste 1 skill will not override a haste 2. If they put an end to that then it doesn't matter if the skill has a level 1 buff unless the character has no elemental buff. The debufs are another story some buffs are offensive in nature and those should override jewels. The problem is which ones should override and which ones should not. skills that were clearly meant to be a buff should not override. The cleric skills being a prime example. I know there are some people that really want lvl2 to go away but, if your going to have it in jewels then the skills should go to level 2 as well...its not like its hard to get the sp and gold for new skills...well maybe the gold is...lol
I think that the elemental system is to blame here and I don't think lvl 2 elemental defense and attack jewels should exist so if they removed elemental defense lvl 2 jewels the cleric buff would be more of a boost than a penalty to your defense and classes such as ns, archmage, tk, cleric, ranger, and archer would have some of their skills that make their elemental defense 1 (whatever element) beneficial to their toon instead of useless. In my opinion they should also take away lvl 2 and lvl 1 ele attack jewels and just give skills lvl 1 OR 2 element depending on their damage output.
U can say they should remove all those jewels, but the same could be said about other items. You just cant take away something people put gold and effort into, and then to just have it get taken away. Not every player is rich and has a weapon of +20 and higher. To me the jewels are fine as they are, taking them away would make it suddenly lots harder to play and possibly make people leave. The skills should get reworked and like others have said here: lv 1 shouldnt override lv 2.
