Announcement | Issues with gold and Premium Merchant Item

Dear Community,

We are aware of all the issues since the maintenance.
We would like to inform you that everyone, who loses big amounts of gold when buying items at the NPC (for example 15000000000 instead of 1000) will get their gold replaced.
Everyone who has activated a 1 day premium flatrate in the past 24 hours, will receive a new one, since a lot of players are experiencing the problem that they can't buy anything from any NPC at all.

We will replace these things AFTER we have fixed the problems.

All the lost gold due to this issue has been replaced to your character's mysterious statue. The premium flatrates tickets will be replaced at a later point.

All premium flatrate merchant items have been sent to account itemshop gifts. If you have further questions, please private message a staff member.

Please note the premium merchants are NOT back in game and if you use these items now, they will not be replaced.
