Another thing which i think could be a great way for balancing would be to make the stats like strengh, dexterity, intelligence and constitution more usefull for all classes not just for rogues. So the rogue gets 2 benefits from dex stat: dmg and crit/deadly rate. Why not give all characters the possibility to get 2 benefits???
My solution would be to assign specific stats to specific characters like strengh for titans, int for mages, con for knights ... and then give all characters the benfit of getting crit/deadly chance if they skill this specific stat. Furthermore each stat still gives the boost they do now, so a knight could skill constitution and get hp/mp and even crit/deadly from it!

You don't actually know how bad is rogue comparing to witch/cleric, just because the PVP in arena is INSANELY far from the PVP in siege.

Create a poll to actually make arena pvp the same as siege pvp.

And then, create a poll to actually Buff rogue :3 TY.

In addition, in this game we should do skills to kill someone, and skills don't stack up with crit/deadly... so you should create a poll to make skills great again.

This poll is not mainly about rogues i rather think that my described changes would help all classes in terms of balance. Regarding the sieges there are still classes which aren't occuring there at all or very rarely like titans, rk, archer, sorcs ..
I also think that skills should be more usable again, on the other hand i ve two mains at max lvl and i use skills with them pretty often (in pve and pvp) and ik other classes do too except rogues which is where we are back at the problem with rogues in general :-)
Imo the problem is not the skills but the monsters themselves - we can one hit them because their hp nearly stays the same since lvl 120 ...
The solution to this is easy too i think - make a new raid or small map or designated area with few new mobs where u need a party to kill it with some drops even gamigo considers as okay and boom - we have demon parties again :-)
As for the stat changes i believe that the key in balance is not the change with crit/deadly but even more the second benefit a stat can give a character.
There should be a greater benefit for the now considered weak classes when they pick their specific stat. For example the highlanders could get a huge hp bonus from strengh stat , rk could get stamina boost from constituion which could increase speed, attack speed and dmg, wizard could get so smart from int that her skill cool down will decrease, archwitch could get so archy that she can use all skills twice before normal cool down begins, or she could do more dmg the less hp the enemy has etc.
There are many possibilities and i think the whole balance thing can be done by changes to the stat menue/effects be it more or less drastically to get the balance.

The problem comes in with what you think balance is. I know I disagree with what many people say is balance. Some of the things you mention in this paragraph go completely against what I feel balance is. You seem to want to give the ability for all the classes to be exactly the same except for the type of attacks they do. This is not the kind of balance I would want. When I think of balance I think of balance as a team. Each class has it's specialty or strength if you will and associated weaknesses. I don't want a bunch of toons running around with the exact same stats and characteristics. I want a reason to play different classes depending on the situation. Do I need to be sneaky a tank or have high attack or high magic resistance or high physical resistance or a high attack speed or running speed etc. I want there to be a reason to choose to play another toon. Why make all the toons play exactly the same... might as well just delete all the classes and make every toon whatever your favorite class is... but, I digress. You tell me your definition of what balance is and I will vote based on whether or not your definition is close to mine or not.

I also think that balance should focus on team play but siege is only 4 hours a week from a maximum of 168 hours. And this is kind of the only thing where u need teamplay. So what do ppl do in the rest of the time? Surely they want to be able to grind on monsters just as fine as other classes.
Secondly i don't want to overpower the "weaker" classes by the stat changes but i just want to get them to a level where they can contribute more to a team then now so the ppl who play this characters might enjoy sieges more again because they can do a difference.
