Anti-Fraud Protection

To help prevent fraud, we will be using a placebo type item while your account is verified and cleared using set conditions for purchase of certain items.

This will affect all
- Cash Token items
- Master Stone items
- Deep Blue ROP

More items could be added later depending on other arising fraud issues.

We will place packs (hereafter known as "placebo") with the names of the Items you truly wish to purchase into the mall. Instead of getting this item immediately, it will force run a check to see if you meet certain requirements to actually attain the real item. This will prevent the fraudulent purchases.

Only if the player meet certain conditions, the item will get replaced by the "real" pack.

If you meet whitelist condition, you get your "placebo" item exchanged for the "real item" in purchase-storage directly If you do not meet whitelist condition, the placebo will remain in purchase-storage until you meet the condition. If you do not meet whitelist condition within 48 hours after purchase, the cash will be returned.

Usually the delivery should take no longer than 10 minutes, except if you do not meet the conditions yet.
It also does not matter if you pick up the placebo or not.

Sending the placebo as a gift will only send the placebo.
You can wait until the "real item" is available and send it as a gift AFTERWARDS.

NOTE: If the check fails for you and you are sure that you did not do anything wrong, please contact community management. While we have no better solution, we try to adjust the fraud protection requirements based on your feedback to make it as effective against fraudsters but as convenient for the normal players as possible.
Please don't go to "rage mode", if you don't get your items... you also would not have gotten them, if we were not selling them at all.
Just let us know what went wrong and we will find a solution for you
