US Merge Questions and Concerns

Hello Irisians!

This thread is for questions regarding the upcoming merger between Katrissa and Ciraya as well as the account linking of US accounts to an EU account. Please keep to the point with your questions, refrain from bashing, stirring drama, trolling and anything not about THIS merger.

This is to help us with an FAQ that will be able to help all the people on the server with answers to help quell their concerns and questions.

All valid questions will be answered, please read the entire [US Merge FAQ ] thread as well as this thread to ensure we do not have a bunch of repeat questions. This will help things move along more smoothly in going through the thread and finding new questions that need to be responded to.

ALL trolling, bashing, nonsense, off topics and conspiracy theories will be removed immediately with sanctions against accounts if there are repeat offenses after the first warning.

Q – I just transferred my character from one server to the other! Will I get anything back for this move?

A -Previously
purchased character transfers will get refunded once per character. If
you took a roundtrip / shopping tour (transferred from

Ciraya to Katrissa and back to Ciraya with the same character again for
example) you do not get a refund for that. Also only transfers which
happened after the last character gift will be taken into account, as we
consider all previous transfers done by the old owner to be irrelevant
for the new owner.


Is that gonna happen even though I transfered a few months ago or for example only a week back?

I will ask if there was a time limit, and if so when.

Update! There is no "time limit" on how long ago you transferred. You will get back 1x per character (no roundtrips) and only if the character is still on your account. If you have gifted the character, you will get nothing. If you purchased a gifted character after someone else moved it, you will get nothing.

and i just found out in Ciraya some one is using same Guild name Eclipse as mine.

what will happen when it merge? Will it have 2 Guild name Eclipse in the merged sever?

Will it have 2 Guildmaster ? Will it have 2 guild storage?

1 Will be [K] Eclipse the other will be [C] Eclipse, the one who renames first keeps the name.

Bascially each guild will retain its members, guild logo, guild stash, guild master, guild advisors, etc. Both will just be renamed and the first one to name change keeps the name.

No amount of sending tickets will change this, it does not matter who "had it since 20XX" or anything.

this my third nmerger and ppl will try steal guild names with noobies so u cant get your guild name bk u said first come first gets name well alot of us work and cant get on in time to get name change before some tool trys steal name .
