New gears

After few months of " string fixes" we finally got something new to do at higher lvls . Yay !!!
However, it takes too much effort and gold to obtain new gears..
For weapon box is 28 possibilities ( x 2 weps for each class for each faction);
For single peace of the armour set is 14 possibilities (again for both faction) ;
Ofc these gears are untradeable.
To open any box u will need 500 coins which will cost u between 2-5b (depends if u do it solo or in bigger party if u can find more ppl)
So far we saw pics for new equipment, but if there is more info about new seals/ or set buff would be very nice.


The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said and never explained.

nothing special and time/money waste.
Better use the money to improve your lvl 170-172 set and Element-boss weapon.

I have to agree.. It's a waste of time and gold to do this and you're not guaranteed you get your class or faction.. Especially with the armours/weapons being untradable.

Perhaps change the boxes to obtain specific class and faction pieces, where you can choose what you want to open and you are guaranteed something you can use on your character.. The seals I guess, could still be random to keep that element of surprise.

But to spend all that time and gold (around 95m per run) it's hardly worth it to open a box and get something you can only trash.. That's 2-5b as per ANGEL's calculation, down the drain. No thanks!

Maybe they could reduce the amount of coins to open box from 500 to 100, or keep 500 coins per box, but then u should get gears for ur class only, but different faction.
I don't know why the new content should take u years of grinding just to keep u busy with something ( alber in beginning, now this... ) It seems the more time and effort u put in something in lc, at the end prizes will be worthless - Last lvl of alber's faction buff is just useless ( u have to spend over 200 hrs of grinding there ).Not to mention alber gears which are trash. Seals of the affinity titles from pic book, where u have to max every single affinity are more than lame and again u have to grind countless hours. Now this mc gears..
There are lots of ppl who are bored from lc, but it doesn't mean they will start explore new content when its worthless, especially when there are plenty of other games where ur hard work will be better rewarded.

Im glad we have some new things, but like every1 is saying, its a lot of time/money to waste to not even be sure that you will get your own class/faction piece, and looking forward since this game is a f2p (and p2p when you want to be the very best ofc) these new gears are near impossible to get, i see many players having hard time (including me with a cap toon) to make some bills over the week as a free player, so these gears arent so atractive as they look in the pics... maybe changing the price for the mc run, or number of coins needed can make it better, also, faction ranking for wearing? should first make better use of alber to make it worth of getting those ranks, where is the alber faction wars? (some of us even wonder why there is a faction since we dont even have events or anything else to do with it than choosing wich side is more "cool"... also its a good moment to intruducing "faction point booster / faction point pill"... its nice to have new content, but its good to have a backup for the new content such as better use of factions and make fair price to access it these new gears!...

Could anyone give some details about this? Do the weapons have more attack than elemental ones? Do the armors have any nice seals? If not, then I doubt anyone will want to waste time on farming the new gear...
