Hey there!
I've noticed that for some reason, people aren't receiving their backpack quest that should appear at lvl 60 when they should. So far, I've had 2 people asking me about details for the quest since it didn't pop up when it should have for them, but I honestly have no idea why it wouldn't appear for them?

As far as I can remember, the quest should appear as a pop-up quest when your character first reach lvl 60, and then keep appearing all the lvls following that unless you complete it, right? I received mine like that anyway during the weekend, no problems present. But it seems that for some reason, not everyone has received theirs? Any input to give?

For the record, both the people who said they hadn't received the quest are Templar Knights, while I myself are playing an Ex-Ranger. I don't know if that would make a difference, but that's the only difference between us that I can really think of. I told them to lvl a few more lvls to see if it would pop up, but it didn't so I don't really know what to tell them.

Alright, I'll pass that piece of information on to them, but they did claim that it never appeared for them at all. I'll tell them to lvl up one more time and then instantly check their quest logs, so let's hope it shows up. Thanks for answering Fufu.
