Old Player Returning - Old Account

Hello everyone,
I have created a new account in order to join, once again, my very loved, nostalgic and 1st mmorpg ever LAST CHAOS !
Now i really want to return to the game altho i know it is practically dead but still nostalgia is stronger than other things.
My purpose coming here is to ask, as a old player that had created an account when LC was still under AeriaGames/Barunson and kept played until it changed to gamigo even after but quitted shortly after... is there any hope that i can recover my old account? i really need that account to get back to this game, i've spend YEARS on that account and got my loved toons there and my so hard aquired items

So, thank you for your replys, i have now sent a ticket so that i can have my account recover reviewed by some GM and hopefully i get it back.
Is there anything else i can do to help make the process more reliable and what is the waiting times for an answer about a ticket?!

Normal wait times are 24 hours during normal work week. If you have sent the ticket, all you can do is wait until it is up in the queue for them to respond.

BUMP! so, Gamigo answered me, said Aeria had blocked my account due to inactivity.
Thing is - they said they solved the problem, they unblocked it, they said, BUT i still cannot log in...
My account was/is a LC USA account, which on the message was said my LC north america acc was unblocked.
i downloaded the game on the world server - is this (little detail) why i cannot log in? does it only work on US version?

@OP, the North American LC is different than the English LC, English LC is in Europe and has the World Server, European Server and Hardcore Server on it.

Hi again!

We only have 2 servers now, Initus is the older server where the established players are who have played a long while.
Horizon is the newer (baby) server which has only been open a bit over a month and is Recommended currently. Which means you get newbie drops to help you while fighting, or chance at moonstone gifts from the Gods if over level 31.

Hi ya

Wow! Just saw a post of an old school the minute I happened to open and reg again. :-)

Anw, I believe I had a forum account as well before. However, I cannot access it anymore. Ofc, I have done changing pw etc and both my email and username were not recognized. Am I correct to assume that the old usernames way back 2015 was already deleted and that this forum is dedicated for LC US? TIA. :D

Unfortunately there is not. Anything which was "lost" prior to the migration from Aeria to gamigo cannot be recovered.
