Account ID Blocked; Unable to submit a ticket.

Recently I decided to jump back into Last Chaos as a bit of a passtime. I used to play with my father, but had to quit in 2012 when an account glitch rendered my account basically useless (Pretty much had extreme weight no matter how empty my inventory was), Aeria seemed a bit unwilling to help me. I was going to log in today, but couldn't remember the log in information to do so. After a tedius account recovery effort on my previous email, I was able to reset my Last Chaos password. You can imagine my surprise when I was met with the "ID Blocked" error message. When I read through the forums, I found that most people recommened submitting a ticket, however when I found the place to do so, I had "Waiting for support.gamigo.com" for about 10 minutes before I decided it was hopeless.

Does anyone know of anything that I could do to regain my account? Or atleast a way to figure out why it was seemingly banned? I'm more than willing to give any information I can give, at least information that will help in the effort.
