Account ID blocked

So I used too be a last chaos gamer years ago and I had to stop playing due too growing up getting a job and school. I recently downloaded last chaos because I loved the game so much and wanted too get back into it. So I went too log in and it said my account ID was blocked and I am guessing its because I hadn't played in quite a while. So I submitted a ticket and gamigo support replied back saying I needed to provide some information so I replied back giving them the information they needed and now they haven't replied for a while and I really would like to unblock my account can somebody help PLEASE!!!

Hello,

Sadly it takes a bit for them to recover your account. If you provided all the information they needed just wait and i am sure they will reply as soon as they can.
No one can help with this on the forums its only support which can assist you in such a case.

So the gamigo support replied back to me via email after I gave them my account name and email address associated with the account and they told me that I have reached the wrong department and they can't help me unfortunate don't know exactly what that means can anyone help..

I happen to know they responded to your ticket regarding the email address. Please check your email, I am closing this topic as no one on the forums can assist you with this issue and this is not the proper place.
