Dear Isirians!

The results of our VIP test server stress test were an immense help to find the correct settings and changes of our database hardware so we can go forward with the database move. Thank you very much again for your amazing help and constructive feedback!

Now it’s time to move on to the next step and start with the first database moves of our most affected realms. We decided to do the first move with the EU new realms, because they suffer most, but are also not the biggest. These are ideal conditions for satisfactory results.

That means we will go ahead with the first migration to the German Ternova, the French Horizon, the Italian / Spanish Lunasol, the Polish Caraieum and Pangea as well. We will do their database move to the already tested hardware during the next maintenance on July 19. Please be aware, that the maintenance will take a bit more time at this day.

We expect superior results and will collect data afterwards, before we move along to the next steps. If everything is fine, the other realms will follow as well. We will keep you informed and will let you know all further planned steps.

On Wednesday, we will be happy to welcome all in your new homes and wish you all happy gaming!

Hello players,

Since the move of the Polish servers and the other new servers to their new database, we will be moving into phase 2 this week at maintenance.

On Wednesday - August 2, 2017 we will move the German Servers of Pangea and Valtopia to their new database homes! Due to this, all EU based version (ES/IT, FR, DE, PL, Elysion, Inferna, and Atlas) will experience a longer maintenance window. While we do not know how long it will take, we appreciate your patience so we can ensure all goes smoothly as we did with the Polish servers.

US and RU servers will open after normal maintenance is over due to being in different DataCenters.

We will continue with the database moved with phase 3 this week at maintenance.

On Wednesday - August 9, 2017 we will move the French Servers of Pangea and Ciraya to their new database homes! We will also be moving the game servers to new homes. This includes the game servers of FR Pangea, Ciraya and Horizon as well as German game servers of Pangea, Valtopia and Ternova.

Due to this, all EU based version (ES/IT, FR, DE, PL, Elysion, Inferna, and Atlas) will experience a longer maintenance window. While we do not know how long it will take, we appreciate your patience so we can ensure all goes smoothly as we did with the Polish servers.

On Wednesday - August 16, 2017 we will move the Italian/Spanish Servers of Mistrell and Lunasol as well as the European Server Elysion, World Server Atlas and Hardcore Server Inferna to their new database homes! We will also be moving the game servers to new homes.

Due to this, all EU based version (ES/IT, FR, DE, PL, Elysion, Inferna, and Atlas) will experience a longer maintenance window. While we do not know how long it will take, we appreciate your patience so we can ensure all goes smoothly as we did with the Polish servers.
