To give an example on how to give your idea, please see this idea which was originally done in the main Suggestions forum by SilentArrow.

Currently the Guild Notice is white text on yellowish colored background. This is hard to read, especially for those who with higher screen resolutions as well as those who have trouble seeing text normally.

The word "Notice" is already dark color, and the "Title" of the notice is displayed dark color and both easy to read. Would be easier to read notice content if it was also dark color.

Recommendation would be to make this more high contrast (black background with white text).

If you wish to expand on the idea, please post your thoughts in this thread. It would also be nice to see reasons for Disagree poll responses so as to better the idea if necessary.

Nice way to say "old people who cannot see". But yes, I agree 100%. Us old people do have problems seeing the guild notice due to contrast issues. It would be nice to see them more highly contrasted from background to foreground for sure.
