This poll is not mainly about rogues i rather think that my described changes would help all classes in terms of balance. Regarding the sieges there are still classes which aren't occuring there at all or very rarely like titans, rk, archer, sorcs ..
I also think that skills should be more usable again, on the other hand i ve two mains at max lvl and i use skills with them pretty often (in pve and pvp) and ik other classes do too except rogues which is where we are back at the problem with rogues in general :-)
Imo the problem is not the skills but the monsters themselves - we can one hit them because their hp nearly stays the same since lvl 120 ...
The solution to this is easy too i think - make a new raid or small map or designated area with few new mobs where u need a party to kill it with some drops even gamigo considers as okay and boom - we have demon parties again :-)
As for the stat changes i believe that the key in balance is not the change with crit/deadly but even more the second benefit a stat can give a character.
There should be a greater benefit for the now considered weak classes when they pick their specific stat. For example the highlanders could get a huge hp bonus from strengh stat , rk could get stamina boost from constituion which could increase speed, attack speed and dmg, wizard could get so smart from int that her skill cool down will decrease, archwitch could get so archy that she can use all skills twice before normal cool down begins, or she could do more dmg the less hp the enemy has etc.
There are many possibilities and i think the whole balance thing can be done by changes to the stat menue/effects be it more or less drastically to get the balance.
